I developed EAL Management in 2024 after hearing about the terrible experiences musicians have faced while dealing with managers, venues, and studios. They found that there wasn’t anyone who put them first and genuinely cared about what they wanted. I advocate for the artist’s needs and wants while treating them with respect and kindness.
Having worked in the restaurant, and event planning business for many years I know how difficult it can be to work with some artists but here at EAL Management we truly bridge the gap between venue and artist by making sure everyone acts professionally and respectably.
